Payment Processing and Refunds

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. Contact us at info@electramart.ca with a description and proof of the damage (photos or videos). We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or repair based on the situation.
Returns
Returns are not accepted once payment has been processed and the order has been shipped, except in cases where the item is damaged or defective. If your product meets this criterion, please provide proof of damage within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a return.
Exchanges
Exchanges are handled under the same terms as returns. If an exchange is required due to damage or a defect, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.
